Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Bidding

• The highest bidder when the auction ends wins the item

Listing Items

Buyer Obligations

Winning bidders must complete payment within 3 business days of auction end. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, M-Pesa, and bank transfers.

Seller Fees

Sellers may be charged listing fees and success fees as outlined in our fee schedule. Current fees are displayed during the listing process.

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Manipulating auctions or bid prices
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Using automated systems to place bids
• Circumventing our fee structure

The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Our Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the performance of users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but these Terms shall remain in effect.
